Self praise is most condemned in the ancient Vedic scriptures. To praise oneself means to loose all of one's stock of punya, (karmic credits dereived from good deeds) - as the Emperor Yayāti fell from the assembly of the demigods. This falls not in the perimeter of such karmically suicidal acts for it is meant to praise Vedic Astrology, the Krishna conscious science, and not me the conduit of this knowledge, this humble operator of the instrument.
